Conditions for Accepting Reports

Real-name reporting is encouraged. We encourage reporters to use their real names so we can gather more detailed and accurate information, which will help us effectively follow up and investigate. When appropriate, we may notify the reporter of the results of the investigation.
The reported facts must be true and clear. The reporter should provide detailed facts to help us process the report quickly. The facts should include information about the reported party and relevant evidence (e.g., contracts, product barcodes).

FJDynamics promises to strictly protect the confidentiality of the reporting organization, reporter, and the reported content.

Reception and Handling

Reports will be handled by a dedicated person according to FJDynamics' reporting and processing procedures, ensuring fair and impartial handling of the case.
